The directional overcurrent and directional earth-fault relay VAMP 230 is used for protection of one of several parallel lines or incoming feeders at the stations in a ring network.
The bi-directional overcurrent and directional earth fault relay VAMP 230 eliminates the need to change protection settings when the spare supply is activated.
